Psalms 138:8
The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.
What does Psalms 138:8 mean?
The psalm expresses confidence that God will complete his purposes for the psalmist. That confidence is connected to God’s enduring steadfast love rather than the writer’s ability to control the future.
We do not have to believe that every unfinished part of our lives has been abandoned.
